Our country mainly produces five types of solvent oils, namely No. 6 extraction solvent oil, solvent oil for the rubber industry, aviation cleaning gasoline, solvent oil for the paint industry, and aromatic solvent oil. They are all highly volatile flammable substances, and special attention must be paid to safety and fire prevention during storage and use. Based on their boiling range, solvent oils can be divided into three categories: low-boiling-point solvent oils, such as 6# extraction solvent oil, with a boiling range of 60–90℃ ; Medium-boiling solvent oils, such as rubber solvent oils, have a boiling range of 80–120℃ ; High-boiling-point solvent oils, such as paint solvents, have a boiling range of 140–200°C. In 2006, **new standards were introduced with a boiling range of 150–215°C; ink solvent oils that have been widely used in recent years can reach a drying point of up to 300°C. Classified by use, according to **standard GB1922-88**, solvent oils are categorized based on their 98% distillation temperature or dry point. Common grades include: 70# floral solvent oil (distillation range 60–70; now replaced by 6#), 90# petroleum ether, 120# rubber solvent oil, 190# detergent oil, 200# paint solvent oil, and 260# special kerosene-type solvent. In addition, there is also 6# extraction solvent oil, aviation cleaning gasoline, and 310# colored ink solvent oil. Agricultural locust-killing solvent oils, etc. In fact, the market offers far more than just these; manufacturers can produce solvent oils in various specifications according to users’ needs.

This product is manufactured using kerosene as raw material, through hydrorefining for sulfur and ammonia removal, followed by ammonia treatment to remove aromatics and subsequent distillation. It is an environmentally friendly product that helps to protect the health of workers. Additionally, this product is primarily composed of naphthenes and possesses extremely strong dissolving power. It features low aromatic content, low sulfur levels, low toxicity, being colorless and odorless, as well as high oxidation stability. It is mainly used in metal processing, cleaning aluminum fins, metal rust prevention, adhesives, enamel coating, environmentally friendly paints, exploration drilling, and solvents for inkjet inks.
