Do we still need to categorize them? floating head, fixed tube sheet, baffle rod, spiral baffle ; Standard/non-standard? Are there still distinctions between those with stamps and those without design stamps? How much is a set approximately?

Appearing to be cheap: At this price, some organizations are still not keen on taking on the task. The manufacturer is willing to design it for free, as long as you have them produce the heat exchanger. However, many manufacturing plants are not capable of carrying out thermal and process design; as for mechanical design, they are even less capable of handling it. Therefore, if heat exchanger manufacturers fail to carry out thermal and process calculations and design, they will suffer losses sooner or later.

That’s right; heat exchanger manufacturers have now realized the importance of process design, especially when engaging in engineering projects. Without the capability for process (heat transfer) design, they find themselves in a very disadvantaged position. We started working on heat transfer design last year, hehe

It depends on the specifications of the heat exchanger and its level of complexity, haha
Start with simple shell-and-tube or U-tube types at 3K; multi-pass and floating-head types start at at least 5K
There are options for both training in-house and hiring staff. Hehe
