We have chosen the drying tower HGT36B from Hubei Sanmeng, with a production capacity of 40 tons per hour; the fan used is one manufactured by Xinxiang Xima Blower Factory, with an air handling capacity of 180,000
Currently, vertical drying kilns are generally used. If heat recovery from the flue gas containing blowing air is to be considered, attention must be paid to the moisture content in that flue gas, as the temperature in the drying kiln is usually kept below 140 degrees; high moisture levels in the blowing air flue gas make it difficult to dry briquettes.
