The pressure at the top of the hydrogen sulfide stripping tower is extremely high, the open auxiliary line is vented with liquid, and the sulfur content of the gasoline product exceeds the standard. What is the reason? What does it have to do with design?
Is the tower flooded? Control the liquid level at the bottom of the tower and the liquid level in the reflux tank, and keep the temperature at the top of the tower and the temperature in the reflux tank from being too high. Hydrogen sulfide is in the gas phase, so pay attention to the reflux ratio.
It is not a flooded tower. The design pressure is 20KPa, but the actual pressure is 50KPa. The hydrogen sulfide separation effect is not good, and it ends up in the gasoline component at the top of the fractionation tower.
Why is your tower pressure controlled so low? The stripping tower pressure of our device is set to 0.65MPa, but the gas effect is not good. When the tower pressure is reduced to 0.35MPa, the hydrogen sulfide content in the oil at the bottom of the tower is less than 10PPm!
