I think the inlet and outlet valves should be fully open; a check valve at the outlet will prevent the pump from running in reverse, and the return valve should also be fully open. The frequency converter is used to adjust the pump’s speed to a certain level......... Everyone is welcome to share their opinions........... Also, what are everyone’s pump speeds and outlet pressures when the pump is running at idle speed?
Idling means the equipment has stopped operating! The inlet and outlet valves are interlocked and closed; the equipment has stopped operating. Upon receiving the shutdown signal, the inverter also stops working!
It’s a low-speed backup vehicle, around 1,000 revolutions per minute.

If it is in low standby mode, the inlet valve should be fully open and the outlet valve closed! Just put the redundant program into use! For specific details, please check your mutual backup logic diagram!
Idle operation essentially means that the liquid pump runs at a low speed, so as to ensure that the backup pump can reach operational status as quickly as possible in the event of a failure of the main pump, thereby minimizing the impact.
