A small question about wealth?

Isn’t the Wealth Rating released daily? I ran out of wealth after making my evaluation yesterday, and as of 10 o’clock today, no new wealth has been added. Could the moderators please clarify the rules? Everyone here are good people who abide by the rules, but we need to know those rules first in order to act according to them, right?
