Vaporization, methanol wash methanation, purification, or something else? Does that work section have great potential for future development? There is another question: is coal-to-gas production highly polluting? Which work section poses the greatest risk of personal injury? ? Seeking guidance
Every work section is indispensable! However, in coal-to-natural gas projects, gasification is the key step ; The methanation unit is a demonstration unit and holds a significant position.
Gasification is the process segment with the greatest management challenges; Transformation and purification technologies are mature, making production management relatively straightforward ; There are few industrial plants that can serve as a model for large-scale methanation facilities, but the management of their production processes is not particularly difficult. As for pollution, it mainly depends on the choice of gasification technology; low-temperature gasification results in greater pollution, while high-temperature fluidized bed gasification leads to less pollution.

Gasification and methanation involve high pressures and high temperatures; any leakage can lead to serious consequences; Methanation is also a highly exothermic reaction with high reaction pressure; considering these two factors, it is considered to be quite severe ; But the others are also important, you know
Transformation and low-temperature methanol washing are also important; the process after methanation, digestion, and absorption should be relatively simple, and using a Ruhr furnace for gasification is much simpler.
The most important units at present are likely the gasification and methane processing units. The gasification technology using the Ruhr process is quite mature, but currently the BGL gasification method is being used, which requires highly skilled personnel, as BGL has not yet been truly industrialized in China. Methanation technology is also subject to numerous patent issues; the only facility that has been truly industrialized is one located in the American Great Plains. Therefore, methanation requires a high level of technical expertise from the personnel involved. As for which work section causes the most harm to people? I believe each stage of the process poses a great risk to people, as there are flammable and explosive gases in every stage of coal-to-natural gas production, and most of these stages also involve toxic chemicals; from a safety perspective, each stage represents the greatest threat to human health.
Each section is important, as it is part of a team effort; there is no part that is unimportant. A leak in any such area can be fatal. In natural gas production, there are always high temperatures and pressures, along with toxic and harmful gases
It should be the gasification workshop; I’m working in the gasification area. The process is quite complex, and the main focus is on maintaining stable operation without making any adjustments – experience is required for this
