Is it suitable to work as a process supervision engineer with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering? Some people say that the prospects for supervision work in China are unclear at the moment; I’m not sure either. I would appreciate it if fellow professionals could give me some advice. Thank you.

Those who have just graduated and lack work experience had better avoid working as supervisors. The supervision industry is in a chaotic state at the moment, with staff of varying quality; it’s not possible to learn much real skill there, though one can certainly learn a lot about how to cause trouble
