I would like to know whether active nano-calcium carbonate is added to the material used for making light box fabrics in proportion to the conventional filler, calcium carbonate; at what stage it should be added, how to control the proportions, what temperature requirements exist, what are the requirements regarding its distribution, and whether any other coupling agents need to be added. After I joined now, there has been no significant change in the performance of the light box fabric. Does it mean that active nano-calcium carbonate itself does not greatly improve the performance of such fabrics, and can only help reduce costs? Or are other additives necessary? Generally, the proportion of nano-calcium in face masks should be higher. Currently, the market for light box advertising materials is highly competitive, and cost is a key factor; the amount of calcium powder used in face masks is usually around 80 parts. The proportion of nano-calcium in the base film is lower, while there is more ordinary light calcium used, with the total amount of calcium powder in the base film being around 120 parts. Approximately 6 parts of coupling agent are usually added to the base film, while no coupling agent is needed for the surface film. Adding calcium powder not only reduces costs but also enhances the dimensional stability of the base film and improves its weather resistance.
