Question: What does it mean that the division value should be one of the following series: 1×10^n, 2×10^n, 5×10^n (where n is a positive integer, negative integer, or zero)?
In other words, the scale value cannot be a number that is not divisible by 10; choosing 1x10n is acceptable. . . -20, -10, 0, 10. . . . Choosing 2x10n is possible. . . -40, -20, 0, 20, 40. . . Choose 5x10n. . . -100, -50, 0, 50, 100. . .
