I want to set up a small family-based factory, that is, a home workshop. I study chemistry. But I don’t know much about the market. May I ask what good projects the experts have right now? What should be taken into account when setting up a factory? The more detailed, the better. Don’t invest too much.

If one has the necessary skills, it’s possible to set up a factory for producing catalysts. The time required to recoup the initial investment might be a bit long, around half a year, but profits will start to appear after that
