Donghua Technology signs a 1 billion yuan contract for a coal chemical project

On September 13, 2011, the EPC general contract for the design, procurement, and construction of the utility systems for CMOC Ordos Energy Chemical Co., Ltd.’s project to produce 2 million tons per year of synthetic ammonia and 3.5 million tons per year of urea (Phase I), which was awarded to Donghua Technology, came into effect officially after being signed by the legally authorized representatives of both parties and stamped by them. The announcement states that the contract value is 1.042 billion yuan, accounting for 56.77% of Donghua Technology’s audited operating revenue for the year 2010. The fulfillment of this contract will help further enhance Donghua Technology’s performance in engineering construction within the coal chemical industry.
