The "Specifications" further tighten and detail the requirements for the construction of coal chemical demonstration projects, which will help promote the healthy and orderly development of my country's coal chemical industry. 　　It is understood that the specification includes the "Energy Efficiency and Resource Targets of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" Coal Chemical Demonstration Projects", "The Technology and Equipment Level of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" Coal Chemical Demonstration Projects" and many other contents. Among them, the "Energy Efficiency and Resource Targets" mainly stipulate the energy conversion efficiency, comprehensive energy consumption, and fresh water consumption per ton of product demonstration projects in six major areas including indirect liquefaction of coal, coal-to-natural gas, coal-to-methanol-to-olefins, coal-to-synthetic ammonia, coal-to-ethylene glycol, and low-quality coal upgrading included in the "12th Five-Year Plan" demonstration projects. The minimum energy conversion efficiencies corresponding to the above demonstration projects should reach 42%, 52%, 35%, 42%, 25% and 75% respectively. ； The comprehensive energy consumption per unit product shall not exceed 4 tons (standard coal, the same below)/ton of oil products, 2.3 tons/thousand cubic meters, 5.7 tons/ton of olefins, 1.5 tons/ton of synthetic ammonia, and 2.4 tons/ton of ethylene glycol. ； The fresh water consumption per unit product shall not exceed 11 tons/ton of oil products, 6.9 tons/thousand cubic meters, 22 tons/ton of olefins, 6 tons/ton of synthetic ammonia, 9.6 tons/ton of ethylene glycol and 0.15 tons/ton of standard coal. 　　The "Technology and Equipment Level" clearly stipulates that coal chemical industry demonstration projects must give priority to domestic technology and equipment. In addition, it is required that the single series of coal-to-synthetic ammonia should reach 600,000 to 1 million tons/year, and the single-series scale of coal-to-ethylene glycol, low-quality coal upgrading, high-temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil, and low-temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil units should reach 200,000 tons/year, 1 million tons/year, 1 million tons/year, and 1.8 million tons/year respectively. At the same time, it is stipulated that if the demonstration project adopts coal-water slurry gasification technology, the gasifier pressure level is required to be 8.7 MPa, and the coal input capacity of a single furnace is 2,000 to 3,000 tons/day. ； If dry pulverized coal gasification technology (4 MPa or 6.5 MPa) is used, the coal input into a single furnace must reach more than 2,000 tons/day. ； If fixed-bed pressurized gasification technology is used, the pressure level of the gasifier should be higher than 4 MPa, and the coal input amount of a single furnace should not be less than 800 tons/day. 　　According to experts, previously * * The "Coal Deep Processing Demonstration Project Plan (Draft for Review)" submitted by the National Development and Reform Commission to the State Council made principle provisions on the layout, resources and scale of coal chemical demonstration projects.
