I currently work for a small company under CNOOC; I’ve been there for three years, and my position has never been fixed – I’m not assigned any specific role such as team leader, etc. The salary remains the same regardless of my role, and it’s similar to that of a warehouse worker. If they assign you a role like team leader, it’s just so they can pay you less and make you work more, so they’ll remember you! A company (Keyuan Rubber) has called now; the salary there is higher than here. I don’t know what to do It feels like this thing is completely useless! I agree. It’s time to change environments and earn what one works for. It can also develop to a higher level.
