Let’s discuss the advantages and disadvantages of changing jobs. One option is to change jobs while staying in the same industry. The other is changing industries (this seems to have more disadvantages than advantages)
The disadvantages outweigh the advantages; I’m an example – no need for explanation. . .
There is an old Chinese saying: People can adapt and survive, but trees will die if moved. I am now retired, and my experience over the years tells me that it’s okay to change jobs, but you should find a new job first before leaving your current one. Changing jobs is also a challenge for young people; go and face it!
Changing jobs isn’t something to be taken lightly; changing jobs too frequently is not good. I talked about this with an engineer today, and he said he had noticed this trend: even though companies hire employees who change jobs often, such people only do the necessary work, and they won’t consider taking on training opportunities if offered. Some companies avoid hiring those who change jobs frequently. So if you decide to change jobs, wait for a few years first; otherwise, you should think it through carefully

I have changed jobs and industries, and it’s been okay. First I worked in the chemical industry, then in construction, followed by metallurgy, and now I’m in the environmental protection sector. The key is to work hard to learn and to adapt. Also, the salary tends to increase over time. Of course, if you’re in a good industry with a great company that offers plenty of opportunities for growth, there’s no need to change jobs. But if you want to achieve something in a particular industry, then keep working there
