Of course, it’s the technicians. One works in production while the other is in a technical role; technicians can go on to become engineers, and team leaders can become technicians. The differences in treatment will gradually widen.

It’s hard to say really. Factories usually place a lot of emphasis on production. In terms of individual capabilities, technicians may have a better future ahead. If it’s easy to change jobs, then it doesn’t really matter
