Let’s talk about your current job. In your work, do you take the initiative, or do you slack off, or just focus on your own tasks? Do you have a long-term plan for your career? Are you content with the status quo?
It depends on the circumstances; if the leadership pays attention and trusts me, I’ll take the initiative to do it. Otherwise, follow the arrangements and deal with your own problems.
Give it your all. Work hard for your own future. . . . . . . . . . .
Do one’s duty according to one’s position. One’s own future is a dream! Live each day happily: lol
When I’m in a good mood, I do work; when I’m not, I do personal tasks.
I’m not content with the status quo, but I also don’t take proactive action in my work. My mindset needs to be adjusted, yet that hasn’t worked; I’ve been feeling frustrated for a long time
I want to break free from the status quo, but I don’t know where to start. . . Depressed
Doing your own job well is the best approach; meddling in other matters can easily lead to resentment and cause problems. Why should you get involved in things that aren’t your concern?

Used to be proactive at work, but now I do nothing
Unhappy with the status quo, but the goals are not yet clear
