Our company uses asbestos gaskets. Personally, I think asbestos gaskets will suffice.
For water pipes at room temperature, rubber ones will suffice.

It is mainly used for sealing in medium and low-pressure flange connections. The pressure in fire water pipelines is generally not very high; unless there are other specific requirements, asbestos gaskets are sufficient.
Theoretically, asbestos gaskets would be sufficient, but since they leak easily when soaked in water and are difficult to clean when replaced, their use is no longer recommended here
