Fire protection issues in crude oil pump rooms

I currently have a crude oil pump room with dimensions of 30×10×5m. According to the pump layout section in the storage and transportation manual, pump rooms used for transporting flammable and combustible materials should be equipped with fixed steam fire extinguishing systems; pump rooms with an internal volume of more than 500 m3 should have semi-fixed steam nozzles. So, does a pump room with a volume greater than 500 m3 still need to be fitted with fixed sieve-tube fire extinguishing steam lines?
It should be installed, as this is beneficial for fire protection in the pump room.
Reply to 2# Jobless: Since my pump room is very large, if steam were used, the amount required would be enormous. How much steam would be needed to fill the pump room and achieve a fire-extinguishing effect? Wouldn’t that be a waste? I hope there will be concrete examples or guidelines.
In accordance with Article 8.8.4, Paragraph 2 of GB50160, there is no need to install fixed sieve tubes.
