Please leave replies with suggestions and requirements regarding the current management of this industry section, as well as an overview of the current situation in your own sub-section. The total management score is calculated by adding up the time each person spends managing the forum this month to the amount of management work done during that same month; rankings are determined based on this total score
The first one to arrive only managed to grab a bench!
I arrived about 2.5 hours earlier than you, because the statistics provided by the boss were extremely confusing; it’s unclear which manager deleted them. To be honest, the statistics after the changes to the first edition of the Electric Tiger Management Award are much better~~! (Personal opinion; it can’t be deleted anymore!) ! ! ! ! ! )
At present, the industry community should first stabilize its team of moderators; those who are highly motivated in their work should be encouraged through various means, rather than relying solely on differences in monthly salaries. For example, in the Daily Question feature, each moderator of the industry version, including super moderators, can rate the moderator who created the question, thereby acknowledging the effort they put in. The same applies to other activities; different wealth rewards are given depending on the nature of the activity.
Time is limited; I’ll try to post whenever I can. Moving up one place is something to celebrate, hehe. Management level: With the support of my friends from Sichuan lately, most of the posts are of good quality, but it’s difficult to increase the management level, hehe
I even reached 10th place, improving my ranking. It seems I haven’t put in enough effort; I need to persevere!
It dropped to 11th place. With the addition of the Farming moderator, the xwtsq moderator has also been able to dedicate more time to their tasks. As a result, although my own workload has decreased, post management in the analysis section is now done more promptly, which is a good thing. Next, we consider conducting activity statistics and setting up a small award in the forum as an incentive; those who rank high will be recommended for the Electric Tiger Award.
:Lol, I’ve been quite busy lately, so I’ll leave the forum in the hands of all my brothers and sisters. Thank you for your hard work
I just saw it. Anyway, everyone is working hard for the development of the forum. After all, as a moderator, one has to take some responsibility – for the sake of the forum and its sections, and also for personal growth in terms of knowledge and broader understanding. The biggest issue at present is how to increase the popularity of these sections Involve more analysts in the sector.
I’m the only one who hasn’t gotten it yet; I can’t let such a good thing slip away!
