Could you please tell me how often the lining of the convection chamber of the tubular heating furnace needs to be replaced?
The lining of the convection chamber is generally made of castables and is very durable. Even if the elbow box of the convection chamber explodes, the lining will be fine.
When the work is stopped, a red rack should be set up to check the furnace top lining, especially the corners, and any problems should be dealt with immediately. Otherwise, everything will be helpless when the work is started.
It depends on the situation. Under normal circumstances, there is generally no need to replace it, especially if it is made of new materials.
