The unloading methods for truck-mounted tankers are divided into top-unloading and bottom-unloading. When bottom-unloading is used, the material is discharged into an underground tank; can a pump be used simultaneously to transfer the material into a tank? How should the capacity of the underground tank be determined? Some tank trucks are equipped with pumps; can the vehicle’s own pump be used to transfer the material (heavy oil) into the tank?
Sure, many gas station owners do that! This is what we do whenever we calibrate vehicle-level gauges for them.

The capacity of the zero-position tank is mainly determined by the number of unloading bays you have and how many tons can be unloaded at one time! The total capacity of the smallest vehicle that can accommodate all slots! It’s possible to transfer oil into the tank while unloading it!
