Problems with MBR

Hello everyone, we purchased an MBR to treat wastewater. After running it for a week, the COD of the influent water was almost the same as that of the effluent water. What problem has occurred? :( Thank you.
MBR isn’t the universal solution you think it is; adjust the biochemical conditions first
....MBRs are now sold by unit..... Could you please explain the situation more clearly? . . The inflow and outflow water levels haven’t changed; could the pipe connections be wrong?
The pipes are connected correctly; the problem might be in the aerobic tank. Inlet COD = 425 mg/L, outlet COD = 364.39 mg/L. Thank you for your answers:$
How is the sludge situation? Are there any monitoring measures in place currently? I’d really like to see some relevant information from the original poster as well as pictures of actual applications
There is very little sludge in the tank; it is now being pumped back from the secondary sedimentation tank. :$ Photography is not allowed in the factory.
It’s still a biochemical issue; we need to cultivate the sludge first
Okay, first adjust the aerobic tank. :$
