The tank shall be equipped with four (4) heating panels of Type 70, plate-coil type with a single embossing, approximately 300 mm in length. Four types of 70-coil units equipped only with radiators (approximately 300 mm in length) will also be provided along with the tank.
Can it be understood as a heating element that is 300 wide, 3000 long, 70 thick, and has protrusions?
The tank is to be equipped with four (4) heating panels of Style 70, consisting of single embossed coils approximately 300 mm in length; in addition, four 70-coil units with only radiators, also approximately 300 mm long, will be provided along with the tank
4 types of heating plates are provided with the tank, each consisting of 70 single-sided coiled tubes, with a width of approximately 300 and a length of 7000
The tank is to be equipped with four (4) heating coils of Style 70, consisting of single embossed coils approximately 300 mm wide and 3000 mm long; four types of such single-coil heating elements, each about 300 mm wide and 7000 mm long, will be supplied along with the tank
It’s likely not possible to fit 70 heating elements of the 300x3000 size in the tank. How should “Style 70 Plate Coil Single” be translated?

Four sets of Type 70 single-embossed finned coil heaters shall be installed over a length of 3 meters. The spacing between each group is about 0.3m. This figure of 70 isn’t clear; I hope the original poster can provide more context. An analysis was redone on the 11th floor; please read on.
Reply to 8# wo_call_you: I have sent a letter to ask the foreigner; let’s see how he explains it

A total of 70 such coils, 4 types in all, will be provided along with the tank; these are single-coil heating coils with dimensions of about 300 mm in width and 3000 mm in length

That is, the fin width of the finned tube heat exchanger is 300, each finned tube is 3000 in length; there are 4 types (fin configurations) in total, with 70 tubes. I have seen this type of heat exchanger before, but it is generally not installed inside tanks; those I’ve seen were placed within switch condensers (also foreign-made products), where they are used to cyclically cool, heat, and melt the chemical materials contained in that equipment, and then to cool them again for feeding...
