Can I move the nitrogen valve on the storage tank to the roof? Thanks to the stairs and handrails, it’s no problem to adjust the valve; one just has to climb the stairs to do so, which may make the operation a bit difficult. But if I place the valve on the ground in a U-shaped position, how should it be positioned appropriately? Which expert can share some insights? Thanks
The nitrogen seal valves of the atmospheric pressure tanks we design are generally installed at the top of the tank, as installing them on the ground would require taking into account nitrogen pressure losses.
The last edit to this post was made by Jiang Zhiqing on 2011-9-23 at 17:20; it’s placed below. It’s not convenient to do it above, and the workers will scold you – it’s normal for there to be curves as well.
