I’m a bit scared of getting off work

The weather changed today; I don’t know which cold current from Asia has arrived. The sky was overcast, and with a gentle breeze, even wearing work clothes, there was a slight sense of the autumn wind. The worst part is that when I go out in the morning, I’m wearing shorts and a T-shirt. . . :L
Going to the gully to hunt birds will keep you warm! :lol
Pull out the sparrow feathers and weave them into upper and lower garments; once you put them on, you won’t feel cold! :lol
What does this have to do with getting off work? After work, one can go for a walk to get some exercise and warm up!
Running home can be considered a form of exercise!:victory: A healthy body is beneficial for both physical and mental health
