Procedure for obtaining permits for pressure vessels

I would like to ask, for pressure vessels to obtain the necessary permits, what stages – from production to arrival at the factory and then to installation and commissioning – require notification to the boiler inspection agency?
1. Notification procedures must be carried out before installation, usually by the installation company. 2. To register the pressure vessel, a registration form needs to be filled out, with the owner and the construction company working together on this process. 3. The construction company is responsible for obtaining the inspection certificate. 4. A registration certificate for the use of the pressure vessel must also be obtained
This problem is really troublesome; it would have been so much better if it had happened in the past. It has no practical meaning.
