The pressure test is determined based on the design pressure, the allowable stress of the material at the design temperature, and the allowable stress of the material at the test temperature. rather than being determined by the operating pressure. Pressure test = 1.5 × (allowable stress of the material at the test temperature / allowable stress of the material at the design temperature)
There are standard pressure testing packages available, which include strength tests for the pipes, inspection reports, and so on; you can provide the requirements for such a pressure testing package~
Check the specifications; the design instructions include the acceptance criteria, which can be found in SH3501 or GB50235.
