What is the function of LN in the oxygen inlet line to the burner and above the sump flushing water tank?
The oxygen pipeline is used for purging before startup, while the lockhopper provides nitrogen protection and purging
It also serves to purge the system after parking and to maintain system pressure
It is used for oxygen introduction during the purging of oxygen pipelines and for flushing slag lock hoppers and tank replacement; it is generally not used otherwise.
