The 300,000 tons per year brown coal upgrading project carried out by Xingfu Energy at the Xilinhot Brown Coal Comprehensive Utilization Base has not yet been completed; drying equipment is currently being installed. What kind of drying process and equipment is being used for this project? If you know about it, let’s exchange ideas~:D

This project utilizes an internal-heating vertical retorting furnace and a new process that involves low-temperature retorting of lignite using gaseous heat carriers, thereby upgrading lignite with a calorific value of around 3000 kcal to one with a calorific value of around 5000 kcal, while also producing coal tar and gas as by-products. The project scale is as follows: 600,000–800,000 tons of lignite to be processed per year, with 300,000 tons of upgraded dry-distilled coal and 30,000 tons of coal tar being produced annually; the gas generated serves the needs of the factory itself.
