The company requires an autumn inspection that includes checking the valve actuators. We have Zigong and Langao ball valves here, and I would like to ask for the structural diagrams of the transmission mechanisms for these two types of manual actuators
The internal structure of the worm gear box is very simple; to carry out maintenance, you only need to open the top cover of the worm gear box. The internal structure is straightforward – you check whether lubricant needs to be added, inspect the wear on the gears, and manually operate it a few times.

Keep the manufacturer’s installation dimensions diagram for the turbine safe, and when replacing it, just send this document to the turbine manufacturer

Each manufacturer uses different transmission dimensions. You need to find the corresponding manufacturer and ask them to provide those data; it may be difficult for the original manufacturer to supply the data related to turbine transmission, so the option of purchasing from outside is ruled out.
