Why is the carbon dioxide content zero after conversion during system gas-poor replacement?

Today, our plant began the process of replacing the gas with lean gas; a heating and vulcanization pipeline using a semi-rotary Roots blower was used to replace the conversion system. When the lean gas passed through the catalyst in the conversion system, the carbon dioxide content measured zero. I’m not sure what the reason for this is; I would appreciate some guidance from the experts!
During lean gas replacement, it’s impossible for CO2 to be at 0; there’s an issue with the analysis!
