As the title suggests, are there any better foreign-owned companies? Preferably those from Europe or the United States.

Yes, there seems to be a Korean company in Qingdao
Qingdao Lido, a collaboration between Red Star and LG； Schlumberger has a company in Dongying ； There might be more in Zibo.
