I have worked on this; at Ansteel, there is a treatment plant for coking wastewater with a capacity of 200 tons per hour. Based on your description, it is necessary to first pre-treat the wastewater – by removing phenols, evaporating ammonia to eliminate ammonia nitrogen, and removing oils. After that, anaerobic, anoxic, aerobic treatment processes, coagulation, and advanced oxidation are carried out.
