May I ask everyone: what is the typical mixing time for the dispersant during the feeding process into a 70m3 tank?
To save time, 90 seconds and 120 seconds
Our factory uses Jinhua 70-model reactors that do not have a top cooling system; the current setting for the mixing time is 480 seconds
It seems that only large reactors are equipped with roof coolers; for reactors of 100 M3 or less, internal cooling tubes and jackets are sufficient for heat exchange

The mixing time in our factory is set at 300-360 seconds
The time we have here is ten minutes. Is it possible to achieve anything good in such a short period of time? Then, isn’t the probability of getting rough material after just five minutes of mixing quite high?
