Gas Chromatography – Frequent APC pressure overpressure faults

The hydrogen used in our gas chromatograph is supplied by a hydrogen generator; however, due to a problem with the generator, the alkaline solution from it ended up entering the chromatograph, causing the APC pressure to exceed its limit frequently. What should we do?
After removing the contaminated section of the pipeline, wash it thoroughly several times with pure water; if possible, dry it (for metal pipelines), otherwise replace the air inside with high-purity gas after the washing is complete. If valves or other precision fittings are contaminated, they can also be removed, washed with water first, then cleaned with anhydrous ethanol and dried afterward.
