Are there efficient burners with low pressure?

Has anyone heard of an efficient burner with low pressure? With a pressure of 10–20 KPa, the pressure swing adsorption unit can do without a compressor and a vacuum pump, thereby **saving on investment costs**. Don’t you worry about tempering?
