There is a small device available: the inner diameter of its cylinder is 300, with a wall thickness of 4 mm; the inner diameter of its jacket is 350, with a wall thickness of 3 mm. Holes need to be made in the lower end cap (butterfly end cap) – one hole with a diameter of φ90 should be created at the centerline of the end cap, and another hole with a diameter of φ60 should be created 100 mm away from the centerline. The jacket surrounding the end cap must avoid these two holes; so how should the shape of the jacket’s opening be designed?

Is the distance between the centers of the two holes 100? How to strengthen it? The size of the reinforcement plate should be considered for the bowl opening.

I’m not sure what purpose the two nozzles below serve. If possible, one of the nozzles could have a hole made in it so that a bend can be inserted at the bottom of the inner head. I wonder if it’s possible!
The spacing is too small; if the device isn’t very long and the jacket wall is thin, the tube wall can be made thicker, with the jacket welded directly to the tube. There is some deformation stress; since the two tubes are close to each other, they can work together to resist this deformation stress, so it’s not a major issue.
