What are the components involved in the maintenance of the ball valves in the LLDPE discharge system, namely the pneumatic ball valves of 4\" and 6\" sizes with internal leakage issues? Are the costs for these repairs clearly specified? Sphere (material 316L), coating, grinding, standard, cost, gasket replacement cost.
For hard-sealed ball valves... 1. Is the ball subject to erosion? Replacement 2: Is the sealing surface damaged? Fix 3: After disassembling the valve body, replace all sealing materials including gaskets and packing. 4. As for the cost, it depends on the extent of damage to the valve after it is disassembled. . . Of course, the debugging fees and shipping costs also need to be added

Domestic and imported valves – imported spare parts that are past their warranty period are very expensive - - - - - - - - - -
Is it imported or domestically produced? It’s better to buy a ball valve for repairs; in the end, the cost of repairs is roughly the same as the cost of buying a new valve.

The previous repair cost was calculated as the original price * 0.25 * 0.15, resulting in a repair cost of over 18,000 per repair. It’s a hard-sealed ball valve; the ball itself is worn out. How should the performance standards for the repaired ball be determined, or what guidelines can be used? No relevant standards were found. Has anyone used this type of valve? It is a Metso ball valve
Reply to 6# oneselfs: If the sphere is worn, it needs to be repaired by spray welding, followed by precision machining and surface treatment. The same applies to the seals, which also require precision machining. Replace all seals.
I have experience fixing ball valves, haha. There will be a detailed list of repairs along with the specifics of those repairs
