What aspects need attention, and what are the key points in training frontline operators? For each technical training session, I have to look for many books and materials. Could anyone provide some good reference materials or some clues?
I’m also concerned about this issue; I wonder if there are any specialized training materials available?
The training for operators includes several key aspects: 1. Theoretical knowledge, mainly focusing on the overall process of the installation, including equipment, pipelines, measurement points, and the sequence of operations for various mechanical devices. 2. Understanding the site – knowing exactly what each piece of equipment and pipeline valve entails within the installation; in addition, an in-depth explanation is provided regarding how valves function and the effects they have. 3. Familiarity with, and even memorization of, emergency procedures for different operating conditions, with opportunities to practice these procedures on a regular basis. 4. Assessment: After completing the above tasks, an exam is conducted; those who fail are subject to penalties, while those who score well receive rewards
I think it mainly depends on your level of understanding of the workers in your workshop and your familiarity with sulfuric acid
