Appendix A, A3.1(16) of the \"Rules for Licensing the Filling of Mobile Pressure Vessels\" TSG R4002-2011 stipulates that when filling vessels with flammable and explosive substances, there must be water sources and fire-fighting facilities that meet fire safety requirements. I would like to ask the experts: What kind of water source is required for sites where liquefied gas is stored? And what exactly do the fire safety requirements mentioned here entail?
