What type of thread is typically used for the electrical connections of thermal resistors? Why is there a problem with the flexible tube here, preventing proper connection? By the way, what type of thread is used for the connections of instruments these days?
The electrical interface is usually M20×1.5, with 1/2NPT options as well; most cases involve these two types of interfaces.
1/2 is relatively large, but it depends on the tooth profile; 55-degree and 60-degree tooth profiles cannot be connected
Tapered threads cannot be connected; moreover, it depends on whether the wire used for winding is thin or fine

Domestic products are different from imported ones; domestic ones usually use threads such as M20×1.5, G1/2, G3/4″, and so on, while foreign products are generally equipped with *NPT threads. However, nowadays instrument manufacturers can produce instruments with various types of connections, depending on your requirements!

Reply to 7# 4865072: Then hesitate if you want, hehe – either find a flexible tube or a coupling. For individual instruments with low requirements, simply run the cables directly in the cable tray and seal off the instrument connectors.
The threads of instrument connectors come in metric and imperial types, there are also various models, as well as those specific to the United States
You’d better check the mechanic’s manual; the standards must be consistent
If it doesn’t fit, add a conversion adapter.
