There is a pressure transmitter whose on-site gauge shows 101.5 KPA, but the transmitter itself indicates 1.5 KPA. What could be causing this? Where did 100KPA go? Has it been moved to the control room? ?
When configuring this control point group, only one digit is set for the integer part. Just change it to a three-digit integer.

Does this mean that the value at the site is 101.5 KPA while the DCS shows 1.5 KPA? If that’s really the case, what does it have to do with the decimal point? If the decimal point is incorrect, it will still display as 1.015. Is it that the transmitter on site measures absolute pressure, while the DCS displays gauge pressure (assuming the local atmospheric pressure is 100 kPa)?
Did the original poster not explain clearly, so people don’t know what to do? However, if a problem is detected, a multimeter can be used to check the output in mA; by examining the value of mA, it is possible to determine where the issue lies~~~
It is clear that this pressure transmitter is a gauge pressure transmitter; the value of 101.5 KPA displayed on the on-site gauge represents gauge pressure, while the DCS shows gauge pressure as 101.5 – 100 = 1.5 kPa (assuming that the local atmospheric pressure is 100 kPa)
