What kind of design institute should a recent master’s graduate in chemical engineering go to in order to gain valuable experience?

As graduation approaches, I’m very confused and don’t know where to work; I seek some guidance. Which design institutes should fresh master’s graduates in chemical engineering go to in order to gain experience?
There is a very obvious difference between small courtyards and large ones; large courtyards are well-organized, with teachers guiding students, and from the start they offer a structured learning environment – in other words, they follow established methods. However, the range of things that can be learned there might be relatively limited. In many small workshops, there are no teachers at all; one has to learn by working alongside more experienced people. The processes related to drawing and other aspects of work aren’t very standardized. However, the advantage is that one gains broad experience. Although it’s a self-taught approach, one sees a lot, which can also be quite exhausting.
