Newbie question: Why can’t I reply to some posts?

Hello everyone, I’m a newcomer. Recently, when reading posts on the forum, I noticed that for some posts I can reply to, while for others there is no reply button or that box at the bottom. What’s going on? Thank you all for sharing your insights!
Because some posts require read access. There is also another situation: some posts have been locked by the administrators, preventing replies.
Reply to 2# 90423042: Thank you for your enthusiasm. Many of those posts can be replied to by many people; I also want to participate in the discussions, but I’m not able to.

Reply to 1# *nqing022: It’s nothing. As mentioned in the second comment, the posts you saw are probably from earlier times; they might be materials from the sharing section. People wanted to contribute or give their approval, but those posts have been closed by the moderators. Either the administrators need to reopen them for further discussion, or there’s no need to post materials from the sharing section
