As soon as the unit was started, it operated at half load, and the pressure difference across the burner failed to increase, remaining between 0.07–0.1 MPa. I would like to ask experts whether this is normal, and whether the value will reach normal levels once the load is increased. The composition of the gas at the time of export is relatively low: CO ranges from 36-40%, CO2 from 23-27%, H2 around 35%; CH4 levels range from 700-2000 ppm. All of these values have been observed. We have tried pressures of 5.5–6.0 MPa and temperatures of 1200–1330, but there was no significant improvement. Please ask an expert to analyze the reason.
Reply to 1# Sleeping all the time results in too small a pressure difference; poor atomization of the coal slurry leads to the poor gas composition you are experiencing now.
Poor atomization may be due to a problem with the burner!
It’s probably a problem with the burner; there shouldn’t be such a low pressure difference even at half load. What is your normal pressure difference?
The pressure difference will increase after the load is increased; slower flow rates definitely result in a smaller pressure drop
What is the pressure difference of oxygen? GE’s gasifiers require a pressure difference between oxygen and coal slurry.
The normal value for the burner is 0. Above 5 MPa; the load has been increased now, and the burner pressure difference is 0.13 MPa, which is still quite far from the target value. The effective ingredient level rises to around 75%.
There’s too much CO2! There’s a problem with the burner!
