One company, three rest systems. Engineers and managers get two days off per week, ordinary clerks usually get one day off, while factory workers basically have no days off at all. What kind of world is this?:'(
All three systems should comply with labor law; the main difference lies in their contributions.
It’s nothing. As long as it doesn’t violate labor laws, our company operates on a regular schedule with two days off per week; even if workers have to work on Saturdays and Sundays, those days are compensated, and the number of working days per month remains fixed – unless work is done on holidays, in which case no compensation is given, and workers switch to shift work
It’s truly unfair. What impact does this have on you? Will you quit your job because of this? Complain? Work harder to win the weekend? Often, the key to a problem isn’t the problem itself, but how we view it
It’s normal. For example, when an organization buys houses collectively, the price should be the same for everyone, but the choice of house is determined by points – low points, haha. In other words, it’s the leaders who get the advantage. What’s wrong with that? Don’t even talk about contributions; haha, that’s nonsense. There is no absolute fairness. If something becomes unbearable, one can leave or organize a collective protest, but I’ve never seen everyone come together to protest; so, it’s better to just complain. You have to go on living as before; first of all, you lack the determination and perseverance to change this situation, not to mention your abilities. So, you still hope that someone better will come and make changes, while you yourself merely resort to complaining on website forums. There are no pies falling from the sky.

Since different companies may have their own characteristics in terms of production and operations, work schedules can vary depending on the specific requirements of different positions, with multiple possible schedules available. Is there anything wrong with that? Additionally, those on shift work might end up with slightly more rest time if calculated in detail. Don’t be dissatisfied with the rules; if you really are, then strive to become someone who sets them.

If there is really no rest time, I can help you find an officer from the Ministry of Social Labor and Security to handle this matter. But if their schedule already meets the requirements for proper work and rest, then you’re talking nonsense. Don’t worry too much about having less time to rest right after graduating; it’s just a matter of playing fewer games and spending less time online. Generally, one will keep their eyes fixed on those who are very diligent and those who are very lazy; the former are given more bonuses and promoted earlier, while the latter receive fewer bonuses and are asked to leave quickly.
You have three ways of resting, while in our factory we have five different options: those on shift rotation, workshop managers, warehouse and quality control staff, administrative staff, and factory leaders. Be satisfied with that
