When the unit is shut down, should purging or flushing be carried out first for air lift and regeneration? What are the specific steps? I hope experienced colleagues can provide guidance

It depends on what needs to be done with your pipelines and equipment after shutting down operations. If nothing needs to be done, inert gas protection is sufficient; but if welding is required, then processes such as purging, steaming, rinsing, and blowing are essential.
During normal shutdown: vent acidic gas, introduce fuel gas, and use exhaust gas at around 200°C to purge the liquid sulfur in the pipes. Parking for maintenance: Same as the previous step; thereafter, the procedures are nitrogen purging, steam purging, air purging for cooling, and the process is complete once the analysis shows satisfactory results.
