I would like to know what the specific test parameters for desulfurization liquid include, what the range for each parameter is, what the impact of each parameter is, and how to control them It relates to the alkaline desulfurization of gas; please let me know the specific details if you know them. Those who repost should not do so indiscriminately!
The indicators include pH value, sodium carbonate content, sodium bicarbonate content, sodium thiosulfate, sodium thiocyanate, and catalyst
Sodium carbonate: Its main function is to serve as a key component of the absorbent, directly absorbing hydrogen sulfide. Sodium bicarbonate: It is produced when sodium carbonate absorbs carbon dioxide. Total alkalinity (what you refer to as soda ash) can be considered as the sum of the equivalents of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate; this value indicates the strength of the absorption reaction in the solution. It is generally kept between 0.4-0.5 N. pH: The pH value is related to the sum of the equivalent concentrations of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate in the solution; that is, it increases as the total alkalinity of the solution rises, and it also changes with alterations in other cations and anions present in the solution. A higher pH value indicates a higher degree of alkalinity and a lower degree of acidity ; A lower pH value means less alkalinity and greater acidity. Generally, it ranges from 8.0 to 9.5. Sodium thiosulfate and sodium thiocyanate are by-products generated during the operation of the desulfurization system; the concentration of cobalt phthalocyanine compounds is usually kept below 250 g/l, while higher levels are required for binary oxidation. Desulfurization catalysts come in single-oxidation and binary-oxidation types, with the latter requiring less soda ash. Suspended sulfur: it should be kept below 1.0, but many companies have very high levels of it. It is best to operate at low concentrations for total alkalinity and catalysts (as long as the hydrogen sulfide levels are within acceptable limits)
