In the refinery, the reformation feedstock storage area contains isomerization feedstocks (stripped oil, 2 tanks of 5000 cubic meters each) and aromatic extraction feedstocks (2 tanks of 5000 cubic meters each). There is also refined oil (2 tanks of 5000 cubic meters each) and reformation pre-hydrogenation feedstocks (3 tanks of 10000 cubic meters each). To enable tank transfer, two pumps are provided for each type of fluid, one as a backup. Currently, the refined oil is stored separately and cannot be mixed with other types of oil; Aromatic extraction oil and raffinate oil can be mixed together, and they can also be added to the feedstock for reforming pre-hydrogenation. However, reforming pre-hydrogenation feedstock cannot be mixed with raffinate oil or reforming pre-hydrogenation oil. At present, the flow rates of the pumps for raffinate oil and aromatic extraction oil are only 50 cubic meters per hour and 80 cubic meters per hour respectively, which makes the process of transferring oils very slow. The flow rate of the pump used for reforming pre-hydrogenation is 340 cubic meters per hour, while the flow rate of the pump used for refined oil is 220 cubic meters per hour; these pumps cannot be used with other types of oil. To enable oil transfer, several additional pipelines would need to be installed, but too many pipelines cannot be added either, as there isn’t enough space between the tanks. Please consider this issue. Thank you
Too many pipes cannot be used; increasing the pipe diameter is an option, and using a pump with a higher flow rate is also possible
What exactly does the original poster want to discuss? Need a feasibility plan? What is the purpose of what the original poster calls ‘reversing the tank’? Do we ultimately need to empty each jar?

Rather than making changes over and over again now, it’s better to incorporate those changes during the design phase; with each new leader coming in with a different approach, that’s how China gets weakened, and state-owned enterprises will also be ruined in this way.
